摘 要 : 本文主要讨论了数控实验装置的工作台的机械部分的设计.数控实验装置是一台简易的数控机床.可以加工简单的铜或铝材质的工件,达到演示数控加工的教学作用.我在本次设计中主要是围绕设计工作台的进给部分即X、Y向的进给运动进行的.设计从工作台传动方案,切削力的计算,电动机的选择,进给系统机械部分的选择,导轨这几个个方面分别进行说明.
Abstract: This article focuses on the design of mechanical parts of worktable of NC experimental device. NC experimental device is a simple CNC machine tool. It processes copper or aluminum work pieces and shows the teaching effect of CNC machining. The design is on feed part of worktable, namely the motion in X direction and Y direction. The paper describes the design from worktable drive solutions, cutting force calculation, motor selection, the choice of feeding system of mechanical parts, and guide rail.
